Paid Vacation

Personal Medical

• Free medical consultation with the company physician.
• Unlimited medical expenses (medicines and consultation. Subject to the approval of Department Head and Company Doctor.
• For Hospitalization, unlimited but not extended to immediate dependents.

Dental

• Free coverage for procedures such as oral prophylaxis, pulpotomy, treatment of canker sores, amalgam filling, surgical remove of impacted tooth, medicinal filling, root canal and light cure filling.
• P1,000 per year allowance on dental procedures such as dentures, fixed bridge, implants, x-ray and the likes shall be limited to the amount of the dental allowance per year. Any excess shall be to the account of the employee.

Optical Allowance

• P1,000.00 every year
• Starting from 1st day of Regular Appointment
